Clinical Use:

Self Defense is especially effective when taken at the very first signs of a cold or flu. Another valuable use is to take it after exposure to people who are displaying obvious cold or flu symptoms; for example co-workers at the office or children in pre-school. Self Defense often eliminates symptoms after only one or two doses.

Modern clinical research has shown that many of these herbs contain powerful anti-viral and anti-microbial substances plus immune system stimulants.

You may discontinue use when the symptoms have been resolved. If however, the symptoms continue to progress, then I suggest that my patients take the Attack formula (see below) which is stronger in its anti-viral action.

Cautions & Considerations :
Self Defense is not intended for long term use. It is safe for nursing mothers but pregnant women should only use under the care of a qualified health practitioner.

How it Works:
Self Defense simultaneously attacks the pathogen and strengthens the immune system. This helps restore the body back to a harmonious and symptom free condition.

Just eliminating a virus or bacteria is not enough to fully restore health. We need to address the underlying weakness that allowed this illness to occur in the first place. This additional action of strengthening the immune system is one of the main reasons that Self Defense works so well compared to other cold and flu prevention formulas.
