Clinical Use:

Allergic rhinitis, seasonal allergies or allergic reactions to pollen, dust mites, mold , fungus, animal hair or environmental toxins. Symptoms may include: Eye irritation, itchiness or swelling, post nasal drip, headaches and asthmatic episodes (from exposure to allergens) and sneezing.

Cautions & Considerations :
If taken too late in the evening it could cause insomnia. Avoid taking with western drugs such as decongestants, antihistamines or stimulants (i.e. Albuterol, ventolin) or beta2 adrenergic bronchodilators. Also, avoid use if there is a history of palpitations, irregular heartbeat or hypertension. Allergees should not be used by nursing mothers or during pregnancy.

How it Works:
An Allergic response to the environment signals the immune system to fight off the invading allergen. This battle to expel the invaders results in an inflammatory response by the body, producing the common symptoms listed above. This is a complex process requiring herbs to simultaneously treat the symptoms and the underlying cause.
Bronchodilator, immuno-stimulant and anti-inflammatory herbs are included in the formula. In addition, herbs such as Eyebright and Goldenseal have a pronounced broad spectrum anti-bacterial and anti-viral action. Herbs are also included to open and soothe the lungs and strengthen the immune system.

*I have found that my patients who use this formula not only reduce their allergy symptoms, but eventually require much less of the formula to remain symptom free.
